About the Role

We are seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our evening crew as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, and your enthusiasm and energy will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences. You will work closely with our management team to maintain a clean and safe environment, and you will be responsible for serving our guests hot and fresh food in a friendly and fast manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner
Requirements
  • Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
