As a Sales Representative for Total Quality Logistics (TQL), you'll have the opportunity to build your own book of business while handling your customers' supply chain needs. You'll be the single point of contact to ensure timely pickup and delivery of their freight.

- $55,000 base salary + uncapped commission potential
- 26-week paid training program

Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with new and existing customers
- Closing new and existing customers to move their freight
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but no degree required
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Determination to outwork anyone
- Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to work with the latest supply chain and logistics technologies
