Sales Development Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing new accounts and maintaining and growing existing sales of cylinder gases, welding equipment, safety products, and PPE throughout the assigned protected territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial gases, propane, welding supplies, or safety supplies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record in sales development and account management
- Understanding of profit margins and effective quoting
- Professional presentation experience
- Protected sales territory
