**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Surf & Sand Resort. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide cleaning services in guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and straightening
  • Ensure safety, order, and provisions of all assigned guest rooms
  • Communicate all guest requests to an appropriate supervisor in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet performance and production standards established by the hotel
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as scheduled and assigned

Requirements

  • Able to speak, read, and write basic English
  • Able to follow simple verbal and written instructions
  • Able to read and understand chemical labels
  • Previous experience in hotel Housekeeping preferred
