We are seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Advantage Home Health and Hospice. This pivotal role will be based out of our office in Altoona, PA.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for oversight and direction of skilled nursing and other therapeutic services
- Coordinate department function amongst team to meet capacity goals, agency objectives, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with ensuring that clinician productivity standards are met and report trends and challenges to executive leadership
- Be available at all times during operating hours (or appoint a similarly qualified alternate)
- You bring 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in Home Health
- You bring 2 years of supervisory experience, preferred
- You are a licensed clinician in the State of PA
- You can demonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations
- You have knowledge of Agency's policies and procedures
- You have the ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel
- You have the ability to exercise independent judgment
