About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Sports Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive sports and wellness programs for elementary school students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality sports and wellness programs that promote physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.
  • Lead lessons and activities that motivate and engage students, while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution, as needed.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure a positive and productive learning experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with elementary school students, preferably in an educational or coaching setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social-emotional learning principles and practices.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons and activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete a Live-Scan background check.
