About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Sports Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive sports programs for elementary school students, promoting physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality sports programs that cater to the needs and interests of elementary school students.
  • Lead lessons and activities that promote physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and school administrators to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with elementary school students, preferably in a sports or education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
