Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing health issues while offering health counseling and planning for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver holistic care, including education on pregnancy prevention and STI prevention.
  • Administer immunizations and injections, providing thorough vaccine counseling.
  • Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
  • Perform patient assessments during intake, including vital signs and diagnostic tests.
  • Manage patient registration and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Prepare the clinic environment to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in electronic medical record documentation.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), with skills in CPR and AED operation.
  • Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Phlebotomy certification or experience preferred; internal training available for inexperienced candidates.
  • Graduate from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
