AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our valued guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, and assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations. You will also provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. In return, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $24.02, plus incentive bonuses up to $2,500 per month. You will also have access to employee travel programs, parking and commuting discounts, paid meal breaks, and learning programs through our Academies. Additionally, you will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401K retirement plans with a 4% match.   • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Qualifications:
  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)
Physical requirements include:

This job requires constant standing, walking, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
