We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team at RETTEW. As a Land Development Engineer 3, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing engineering design and permitting tasks for development projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential development markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing engineering design such as stormwater and erosion and sediment control design, NPDES permitting, etc.
  • Overseeing the engineering work of junior engineers.
  • Coordinating engineering tasks with the project manager and project team for the overall land development project.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in traditional land development project engineering and permitting, including stormwater management, NPDES, and erosion and sedimentation control.
  • A PE license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
  • Strong demonstrated technical, design, permitting and writing expertise.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, stormwater programs (Hydraflow, and/or HydroCAD).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
