Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver Program Financial Control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while establishing and managing program cost baselines.
  • Formulate, track, and manage the program budget effectively.
  • Employ financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to aid decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the precise and timely preparation and submission of financial contract deliverables.
  • Create financial status reports and charts to fulfill contractual financial reporting obligations.
  • Prepare material estimates and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and present clear and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Guide, mentor, and train teams in financial management practices and tools.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure effective financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and research as necessary.
  • Provide mentorship to Associate Financial Analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with customer budget requests and submissions.
  • Support customer cost management and hybrid technology cost optimization efforts.
  • Facilitate Technology Business Management structure, inputs, tracking, and management for customer IT investments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting and reporting systems.
  • Understanding of defense contracting regulations.
  • Proven ability to work with financial data related to Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree.
  • Experience in FinOps.
  • Experience with Technology Business Management.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a Secret clearance.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
