Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests on the golf course, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with the golf shop and members to understand daily needs and preferences for food and beverage service.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages from the snack bar and kitchen, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cart, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order and adequately fueled.
  • Accurately inventory materials and supplies at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  • Anticipate member and guest needs, promptly responding to requests and exceeding expectations for service.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the cart and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate professionally with members, guests, and colleagues, ensuring clear and concise communication.
