Regional Recruiter Opportunity

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care | Kansas City, MO


Job Type: Full-time


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Recruiter to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with the full cycle recruiting process for community level positions. This is a hands-on position that requires sourcing, reviewing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates and new hires in the assigned Region(s).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting for a wide variety of candidates - professional, clinical, and non-clinical
  • Building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines
  • Promoting the company's vision, mission, values, and culture
  • Assisting with the full cycle recruitment process for communities within the assigned Region(s) - applicant to onboarding as a new hire
  • Maintaining ads for communities within the assigned Region(s); refreshing, updating, reviewing and approving
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and applicant information in recruitment systems – ATS, HRIS, etc.
  • Attending job fairs, college career events, school/college classes, online job fairs, community networking events, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Verifying candidate's licensure, certifications and/or registration through primary source
  • Participating in the completion of New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Surveys
  • Assisting with training and development initiatives within the Region(s) assigned
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One or more years of prior experience full cycle recruiting required; prior experience recruiting in a Long-Term Care/Senior Living environment highly preferred; experience recruiting for a variety of community level roles including Payroll, HR, Business Office, Nurses, Nurse Aides, Medication Aides/Techs, and Support Staff (Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Activities, etc.) highly preferred
  • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites required
  • Prior experience training others highly desired
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Must have the ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation
  • Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems required; prior experience with iCIMS and PayCom highly preferred
  • Knowledge of CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn platforms highly preferred
  • Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change
  • Must be able and willing to travel; ability to travel overnight required
