Regional Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with the full cycle recruiting process for community level positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit for a wide variety of candidates, including professional, clinical, and non-clinical staff.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Promote the company's vision, mission, values, and culture to attract top talent.
  • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, from applicant to onboarding as a new hire.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and applicant information in recruitment systems.
  • Attend job fairs, college career events, and other networking events to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Verify candidate's licensure, certifications, and/or registration through primary source.
  • Participate in the completion of New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Surveys.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives within the assigned Region(s).
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of prior experience full cycle recruiting required.
  • Prior experience recruiting in a Long-Term Care/Senior Living environment highly preferred.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease.
  • Prior experience training others highly desired.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Must have the ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems required.
  • Prior experience with iCIMS and PayCom highly preferred.
