Job Summary

As a key member of the Granite State Manufacturing team, the Finance & Pricing Manager will oversee and execute program control, cost reporting, pricing, and variance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of FAR and other Government/DoD Contracting and Pricing Regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage program baseline plans and profit and loss analysis.
  • Manage monthly project/program financial management and forecasting.
  • Work to increase financial FAR compliance, internal accountability, and overall financial awareness.
  • Responsible for the management of complex DoD proposal efforts, indirect rates, forecasting and variance reporting, and system compliance.
  • Lead or assist in audits, certifications, and negotiations.
  • Participate and lead meetings as required.
  • Work to reduce and eliminate barriers and obstacles to improve overall cost and scheduling performance.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for creating a professional, safe, and clean environment.
  • Demonstrate commitment to teamwork by establishing effective relationships and networks with both managers/directors and staff.
  • Abide by GSM Code of Ethics and Business Conduct standards and strictly observe all U.S. and foreign laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred, minimum of 8-10 years of related experience (more preferred).
  • Experience with FAR and other Government/DoD Contracting and Pricing Regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, and proven track record of leading and positively closing successful cross-functional improvements and efforts.
  • Financial/ERP/IT systems and report writing experience preferred.
  • Must thrive in an environment of competing priorities/multiple hats with positive, teaming attitude.
