Job Overview:

We are seeking an Imaging Equipment Service Professional to join our team at Symmetrio. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting advanced imaging equipment for our client, a leading multi-national medical device company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair complex issues with advanced AX/XP imaging equipment to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • On-Site Service: Manage on-site service calls with minimal supervision, providing expert assistance and support to customers.
  • Training and Education: Deliver operator training sessions on equipment usage, enhancing system performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Territory Management: Oversee financial performance within your assigned territory, meeting revenue targets and controlling expenses.
  • Asset Management: Ensure the responsible use and maintenance of company-provided assets, including vehicles and tools.
  • Professional Relationships: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and company representatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all required administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a technical associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, such as medical technology or field service engineering.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
