**About the Role**


We are seeking a skilled Clinical Field Assessor to join our team. As a Clinical Field Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting Long Term Care insurance assessments in the field. This role requires strong clinical reasoning and judgment skills, as well as the ability to use point of care technology.


Key Responsibilities:


  • ">">
Conduct thorough assessments of claimants' functional levels of independence, including their ability to complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)">">Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and current medication lists">">Evaluate claimants' cognitive function using brief screening tools">">Use point of care technology to document assessment results in real-time">">

**Requirements**


To be successful in this role, you must have:

">">A current, unencumbered RN licensure in the state of practice">">A minimum of 2 years of home health experience or equivalent experience serving the older adult population">">Able to obtain a professional liability insurance policy, if not already held">">A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation">">

**Compensation and Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
