Mental Health Clinician: Crisis Co-Responder Team

Job Summary:
Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Crisis Co-Responder Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide mental health rehabilitation services to clients and families, working to decrease hospitalization, crisis episodes, and increase community functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
- Conduct primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
- Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
- Maintain communications with all staff, including admissions, process, and discharge plans.
- Coordinate services from a variety of community resources.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and service modalities when providing care.
- Present workshops, lectures, and training to clients, families, and staff as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
- Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Ethics and within the framework of the law.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or other related field.
- Must qualify as a MHP or QMHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record.
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames.
