Job Title: Mental Health Clinician: Crisis Co-Responder Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Crisis Co-Responder Team. As a member of our team, you will provide intensive, community-based rehabilitation and outreach services to individuals in crisis.

Job Summary:

The Crisis Co-Responder Team is a recovery and resiliency oriented team that provides mental health rehabilitation interventions and supports to individuals in crisis. Our team consists of skilled clinicians who work together to provide face-to-face, telephone, and video conference services to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental and risk assessments on crisis clients
  • Motivate and problem solve with staff regarding effective clinical practices
  • Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients
  • Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions
  • Ensure client services records are maintained consistent with standards, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain communications with all staff regarding admissions, process, and discharge plans
  • Coordinate services from a variety of community resources and Rosecrance services
  • Engage with law enforcement in a multitude of settings for daily staffing and follow-up calls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid driver's license
