About the Role

This part-time Quality Assurance Specialist position will be working 20 hours/week on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating quality and utilization in accordance with Federal PACE regulations, State of Oregon Administrative rules, and medical, administrative and program staffs.

You will actively work with physician leadership, directors and managers in the development and implementation of patient safety efforts, including preparation, risk monitoring and reduction in clinical and non-clinical systems, and coordinates multidisciplinary quality improvement projects.

As a facilitator and mentor for department teams related to performance improvement, you will serve as a resource and consultant for Quality Improvement activities.
