We are seeking an experienced Senior Long Term Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Assured Nursing. This is a travel nursing position available in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description

As a Senior Long Term Care Nurse Specialist, you will work in the Adult ICF providing high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. Your expertise in long-term care and strong communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120-$150 per hour, based on 36 hours of work per week and a 13-week contract. You will receive a tax-free stipend and access to a range of benefits, including weekly pay, holiday pay, 401(k) retirement plan, referral bonus, medical benefits, dental benefits, and vision benefits.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Long-Term Care RN
