Child Welfare Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
This Foster Care Specialist position plays a critical role in providing assessment, case management, and case aide coordination services to foster caregivers and children. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience providing healing-centered or trauma-informed care, as well as knowledge of child development and family systems.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with an outstanding professional team, DCYF, Tribal Leadership, and other community providers. They will also possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate initiative, discretion, maturity, flexibility, critical thinking skills, and independent judgment.
