Automation Specialist

Insight Global is in search of an Automation Specialist. The ideal candidate will adopt a consultative mindset towards data and leverage DevOps and Automation methodologies to enhance the value derived from our clients' data.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role demands a visionary in the field of Automation, adept at addressing our clients' cybersecurity challenges. The successful applicant will possess proven experience in architecting and developing enterprise-level solutions for substantial clients, introducing innovative strategies to the team, and presenting comprehensive solutions.
Core Duties Include:- Architecting, designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions for Testing, Validation, and Deployment.
- Assessing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps practices.
- Designing and deploying suitable CI/CD tools.
- Establishing a continuous build environment to expedite software deployment and development.
- Implementing automation within the build process for both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Providing guidance for ongoing enhancements and developing a continuous integration, continuous development, and continuous deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Defining and establishing development, testing, release, update, and support processes for CI/CD operations.
- Creating troubleshooting techniques and resolving code bugs.
- Monitoring processes throughout the lifecycle to ensure compliance and refining or creating new processes for improvement.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Project Managers to comprehend processes and pinpoint automation opportunities for enhancement.
- Promoting and establishing automated processes wherever feasible.
- Mentoring and guiding engineering team members on automation advancements.
- Managing periodic updates on progress to senior management and clients.
- Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
