Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to perform troubleshooting and maintenance/repair of ASRS cranes and other mechatronic systems.
  • Work closely with customers to suggest parts upgrades or identify opportunities for modernization of automated systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ASRS cranes and other equipment.
  • Use power tools and instrumentation such as multimeters to diagnose and repair issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a maintenance technician or field service technician with a multiskilled background of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic troubleshooting/repair.
  • Exposure to automated storage and retrieval (ASRS) cranes is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with power tools and instrumentation such as multimeters.
  • Industrial PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time.
