Position Summary:

As a pivotal finance professional, you will provide essential support to the Plex Go-To-Market (GTM) division. Your role will encompass primary financial oversight across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success within the Plex GTM framework.

Your contributions will be vital to fostering a performance-driven culture, managing investment expenditures, and analyzing SaaS metrics, while also aiding strategic initiatives that bolster Rockwell's software business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Revenue Accounting and Sales Operations to deliver precise and timely global sales data, assessing new bookings against established benchmarks and tracking key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Develop standard and customized reports for in-depth analysis of new, existing, and renewal bookings, product performance, revenue, and segment insights.
  • Support detailed planning processes in conjunction with finance team members and other partners.
  • Establish and manage reporting schedules related to sales and funnel performance.
  • Coordinate with teams to provide accurate budget and forecast updates, including trend analysis.
  • Monitor performance metrics, communicate results, and identify potential risks to the business.
  • Analyze data and present comprehensive reports to management to support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts/budgets, providing meaningful insights to guide management decisions.
  • Act as a partner to program leaders, elucidating performance and financial implications through concise analysis.
Qualifications:

Essential: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Preferred: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of total work experience, including 2-3 years in FP&A, SaaS Accounting, or a business operations role. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology organization is advantageous.

Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and analyze complex data sets, is essential. Knowledge of key SaaS metrics and their underlying drivers is preferred.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,800 to $151,200, with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
