Position Overview

Pailin Group Psc is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and oversee all facets of the Human Resources function. This role will work closely with the parent organization to enhance the integration and alignment of HR initiatives.

The VP of HR will report directly to the Executive Vice-President of Strategy, Talent, and Talent Operations, and will collaborate with HR leaders across the organization in critical areas such as Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.

This leader will serve as a trusted partner within the organization, working alongside business leaders to optimize employee capabilities. Given the dynamic nature of initiatives at Pailin Group Psc, this position requires a visionary thinker with strong strategic and adaptive skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight of Human Resources

  1. Supervise all aspects of the Human Resources department, including:
    1. Compensation and Payroll
    2. Employee Benefits
    3. Talent Development
    4. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
    5. Workforce Planning & Recruitment
    6. Performance Evaluation
    7. Learning & Development
    8. Employee Engagement & Culture

  2. Establish and manage departmental goals and priorities.
  3. Oversee HR budgets and resource allocation.
  4. Lead a team of HR professionals, including payroll, benefits, and recruitment specialists.
  5. Advise management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  6. Implement procedures for hiring, promotions, and performance assessments.
  7. Design competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract top talent.
  8. Ensure accuracy in payroll processes through effective internal controls.
  9. Manage relationships with key service providers, such as benefits brokers.
  10. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
  11. Assist in strategic workforce planning aligned with organizational goals.
  12. Identify and develop talent for key positions to support business strategies.
  13. Lead succession planning efforts and strategies for employee development and retention.

Collaboration with Leadership
