Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in Minnesota. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized respiratory care plans.
- Administer aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and manage mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Education: Graduate of a CoARC-accredited two or four-year Respiratory Care Program.
- Certification: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from NBRC.
- Licensure: Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Minnesota or possess a temporary permit.
- BLS: Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire).
- ACLS: Certification required within 180 days of hire.
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus.
