A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is currently searching for an experienced Clinical Director Respiratory Therapy to join their accredited healthcare team.

This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This system also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.

Reporting to Hospital Administration, the Clinical Director Respiratory Therapy will oversee all clinical and administrative operations for the department. Primary responsibilities include staff scheduling, management of department resources, identifies areas of improvement, develops policies and procedures, trains and educates staff members, has oversight of financial budgets, and performs clinical procedures as needed. This is a full-time onsite position.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist CRT or Registered Respiratory Therapist RRT 
  • License to practice in the state of Maine or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus
