Job Title: 4X10 Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 4X10 Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, upselling existing ones, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize account management software and technology to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Solve customer problems and upsell/cross-sell products and services when possible.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system and ability to learn new software and technology.
  • Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment.
  • State or Federal work experience.
