We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process and hospital policies. You will also be responsible for managing operational and nursing activities during night shift, consulting with staff and physicians, and assisting with hiring, counseling, and evaluations.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (or compact state equivalent)
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- 1 year of experience as a charge nurse or in a management role (preferred)
- Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina (or compact state equivalent)
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
