We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
