  • Identify and address challenges related to documentation timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other managers to unify the team around a clear strategic vision and propel initiatives forward.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building and leading inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Background in creating online documentation and mentoring Technical Writers.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • Empathetic leadership style with a focus on providing constructive feedback for team growth.
  • Customer-focused approach when navigating business challenges.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across various regions and time zones.
  • Expertise in developing content strategies and information architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and experience using Airtable.
  • Knowledge of API documentation practices.
  • Experience in formulating content strategies and structuring information architecture.
