Job Title: Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Forefront Dermatology. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing daily on-site leadership and effective management of clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize clinic and team efficiency, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Lead excellent workplace culture in partnership with practice manager and physician(s).
  • Oversee clinical operations with a focus on management of medical staff, KPI management, and process improvement.
  • Assist with talent recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Responsible for medical support staff performance to ensure delivery of highest quality of patient care.
  • Lead CLIA compliance and biannual audits.
  • Acts as a role model and subject matter expert for policies and procedures set in place by management.
  • Responsible for Clinical Assistant, Receptionists, Biologic and Surgical Coordinators duties as needed.
  • Provides regular updates to Practice Manager and Physician Leader.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum Post High-school education in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse, is required.
  • Must hold current certification/licensure and must maintain certification/licensure throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of previous experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery is preferred.
  • 2 years of direct leadership experience are preferred.
  • Must maintain CPR Certification.
  • Must be able to travel between responsible clinics.
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and EMR experience.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
