Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent work schedule of 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Support individuals in directing their own lives, fostering relationships, and engaging in community activities
  • Assist clients in planning and achieving personal goals
  • Provide direct care and support for daily living activities, including meals and personal hygiene
  • Organize and facilitate various activities, outings, and workshops to enhance life skills and promote independence

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Physical capability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs
