We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Advocate for Healthcare Teams to support our Recuperative Care Programs in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $73,500 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably within healthcare, social services, or similar sectors.

Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with state and federal employment regulations, developing strategies to address challenges unique to the Recuperative Care environment, and supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes.

You will also perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the HR needs of the Recuperative Care Programs.

A robust benefits package includes mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and 13 paid holidays.
