  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and issues escalation.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in program/project management, business process improvement, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Proven comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Principles, Process, and Methodologies, including creating and maintaining project schedules and utilization of project management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize significant details.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
