Project Manager Opportunity

Frontline Source Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of engineering and design projects for both public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and oversee design quality, timelines, and team performance.
  • Clearly define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables to clients and team members.
  • Take full responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, analysts, and professionals, including mentoring young engineers and interns.
  • Collaborate with the survey crew on-site to ensure high-quality work.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships while contributing to new business development efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, practices, and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Possess a broad understanding of software tools, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality at work and meetings
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously
  • Capable of setting internal deadlines and meeting client timelines
  • Team-building abilities and a collaborative approach to project work
  • Manage staff by overseeing project assignments and supporting professional and skills development
