Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to work alongside our dynamic marketing and communications team to drive and implement strategic marketing campaigns and personalized journeys that engage, nurture, and grow our relationships with donors, partners, and community advocates. These initiatives span multiple channels and platforms, including content, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage project management best practices and tools to oversee, manage, and communicate the status of multiple, concurrent project initiatives.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams and audiences to drive project plans for executing large-scale communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality products that meet client objectives and drive results consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and vision.
  • Aid in setting deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events.
  • Manage partner and vendor relationships, as well as program budgets.
  • Manage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common and adaptability is required.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of project management experience working on growth or lifecycle efforts.
  • Comfortable working with various types of stakeholders and teams, such as copy, design, and digital.
  • Familiar with supporting marketing materials, including website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, etc., that are optimized for each channel and audience.
  • Working knowledge and experience with project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), project management methodologies, and creative development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative.
  • Strong process-minded planner who can determine deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize workstreams.
  • Vendor and agency management experience.
