Job Overview

Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin is seeking a skilled Detail Professional to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of vehicle presentation that our customers expect.


Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Detailing: Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of both new and used vehicles to meet dealership standards, ensuring a showroom-quality appearance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect vehicles post-detailing to guarantee they meet the highest quality standards for presentation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers when necessary, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with the vehicle's cleanliness.

Requirements
  • Detailing Experience: Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a similar role is preferred, with knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections and address them effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and move vehicles as needed, with a willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Professionalism: Take pride in your work, maintain a neat appearance, and represent the dealership in a positive light at all times.
