We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Tele unit at Woodland Heights Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with a variety of medical, cardiovascular, neurological, and surgical needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Woodland Heights Medical Center is a 149-bed acute care hospital serving East Texas. Our Med/Surg/Tele unit is a 45-bed department focused on providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and teamwork.
