Job Title: Registered Nurse - Women's Services

Cedar Park Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team on the Night Shift. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursery or related setting and be certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in Texas or a state within the Nursing Compact
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursery or related setting
