GREAT LAKES HOME REMODELING is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Admin to provide administrative support to our Sales Team and Installation Manager. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing customer relationships, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate with clients
  • Perform light filing and mail handling duties
  • Make bank deposits and manage cash transactions
  • Enter and manage data in our CRM system
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
