We are excited to present an opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to become a vital part of our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes, with a focus on optimizing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop innovative processes aimed at boosting productivity and streamlining operations.
  • Oversee various production lines, including SMT, Manual Soldering, Press Fit Operations, and Warehouse Management.
  • Design and implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Evaluate and test both new and existing processes for effectiveness.
  • Lead the rollout of new operational procedures.
  • Review current processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues that arise within operational procedures.
  • Document all changes to processes through detailed reporting.
  • Effectively communicate findings and suggestions to management and team members.
  • Support teams in the implementation of newly designed procedures.
  • Advocate for the adoption of process improvements and innovative approaches among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in PCB Assembly, Manual Soldering, and Press Fit Processes within the electronics sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in computer and information technology.
  • Preferred specialized training relevant to the industry.
  • Solid understanding of scientific and mathematical principles.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, such as electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the electronics industry.
