Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Wieland Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding and assembling various metal products in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to understand production requirements.
  • Operate various welding equipment and techniques to fabricate and assemble metal products.
  • Work with a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including alloys and composites.
  • Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production data and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced industrial setting, including standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
