About the Role:

As a Building Engineer with CBRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve issues, and to implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless operation of the building
  • Develop and implement energy management programs to reduce energy consumption and costs
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair, or a related field
  • Universal CFC certification preferred
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
