We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mathnasium Instructor to join our team at Mathnasium of Walpole. As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering mathematical instruction to students using the Mathnasium method. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service through an expert approach that is personal and prescriptive, attending to each individual student's needs.

• Teach mathematical concepts to students using the Mathnasium method
• Monitor student performance and assist students in a learning center environment
• Utilize multiple instruction methodologies, including team teaching
• Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, and build confidence
• Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary to address any concerns or redirect attention back to coursework
• Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling assigned duties and obligations
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and students to ensure that students are gaining confidence in math and parents feel supported and heard

• Passion for math and strong skills through Algebra I
• Ability to interact well with students and instruct clearly and concisely
• Engaging and enthusiastic approach to teaching math
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and keep them engaged with work
• Facilitator skills to move easily from one student to another and keep track of multiple instructional lessons
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with parents, students, and co-workers in a friendly but professional manner
