Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team in Walpole, MA. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for completing a wide variety of production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stage kitting material to support production builds
  • Inspect and package the finished product
  • Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities
  • Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues
  • Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written
  • Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies FDA, ISO, and OSHA
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to use a pallet jack
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem Solving and troubleshooting

What We Offer
  • Pay: $19.00 /hr
  • Hours: 40 hrs/Week (2ND shift: 3:30pm-12:00am)
