At Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union, we are seeking a dedicated Member Service Center Representative II to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our members and assisting them in making informed financial choices. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries, assist members with transactions, and provide insights on available products and services.
- Oversee account openings, service access, maintenance, and loan processing.
- Authorize consumer loans in accordance with established guidelines.
- Foster relationships with members by informing them about our offerings.
- Engage in assigned projects and initiatives.
- Carry out additional job-related duties as required.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience, including at least 90 days in banking or customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Experience in a call center environment is advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
