Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Associate Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's form submission process to lenders and/or regulatory authorities, as well as maintaining all applicable state or federal licensing or registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the state regulator submission and approval process for company forms across all product programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with state regulator personnel using the company's CRM.
  • Communicate changes or additions to the list of state-approved forms to applicable company personnel.
  • Manage and maintain the database of state form approvals, including which states allow each form.
  • Manage the lender submission and approval process for company forms across all product programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lender personnel using the company's CRM.
  • Communicate changes or additions to the list of lender-approved forms to applicable company personnel.
  • Manage and maintain the database of lender approvals, including states allowed for each form.
  • Maintain all applicable state or federal licensing/registrations for the company, company affiliates, and company personnel.
  • Timely complete and submit annual reports and/or licensing or registration renewals with the various states.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) with a relevant major.
  • Experience with state insurance licensing and form filing management.
  • Strong communication and research skills.
  • Excellent observation and critical thinking abilities.
  • Microsoft Office familiarity, including Outlook.
  • Proactive attitude and aptitude for learning.
  • Commitment to excellence.
