Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional client service and support in a veterinary environment.
2. Maintain accurate patient records and manage client communications effectively.
3. Demonstrate empathy and respect towards clients and their pets.
4. Operate a multi-line telephone system and handle various forms of payment.
5. Complete tasks efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a veterinary or medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds independently.
- Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and general office practices is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Shifts available from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, four days a week.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience and bilingual skills, along with a 5% shift differential for evening shifts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan with employer matching, and paid time off for eligible employees.
